Adventure Aquarium, Camden, NJ - January 2013; An african penguin baby has hatched at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ. Supervisor Ann Marie Bisagno and Curator Michelle Pagel look over the newly born. The twelve day old chick weight is checked as part of a daily routine. Per day the chick grows with an average of 25% percent in body weight.
