State game warden with the PA Game Commission, officers of the Philadelphia Police Department and SEPTA Police unsuccessfully search a wooded area by foot, and from the air, after residents spotted a black bear in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA, on June 12, 2019. While rare inside the city limits it is not unusual in this time of the year as young bears start to migrate after being pushed away by their mothers.
