Religious leaders and clergymen with Philadelphians Organized to Witness, Empower and Rebuild (POWER) hold a Police Accountability rally, followed by a protest march starting at Philadelphia Police Dept. headquarters and ending at City Hall in center City Philadelphia, PA, on April19, 2018. The protest is a reaction to the recent controversial arrest at a Center city Starbucks of two black men.
