WHYY's Connections Festival

Festival pier at Penn's Landing, Philadelphia, PA - September 2 2011; Spanish born French Singer Manu Chao performs live on stage during his East Coast tour. The intensity of the performance was felt throughout the crowd. Manu Chao sings in a mix of multiple languages, including English with a strong French accent.
